Wellhayes Vineyard tour bookings can be exchanged for alternative dates, subject to availability, up to 48 hours in advance of the tour. After that, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Part of the tours are outside and so suitable clothing is advised as is stout footwear as the ground is uneven and can be wet and muddy. Vineyard tours are not suitable for those under 18 years of age.
